Water heaters always ship free within the contiguous United States. -
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Shipping to these locations is on a per-order basis. FREE shipping is not available outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For quotes and additional information, please call (847) 662-2626. If you're unsure whether an item qualifies for FREE shipping, simply add the item to your cart to receive a shipping quote. -
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Drop-shipped or back-ordered items will ship once available. Freight deliveries may take longer due to extra packaging precautions. -
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available. For shipping estimates and to request a “Signature Required” delivery, please call (847) 662-2626.
We are not liable for items stolen from the delivery address. If you need a “Signature Required” service, please contact our office at 847-662-2628 to add this service to your shipment. -
Credit Card Orders & Address Verification
Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will undergo an Address Verification Process, which may delay same-day shipping. -
Exclusions from FREE Shipping
FREE Shipping does not apply to enhanced shipping options (e.g., "Next-Day Air" or "Second-Day Air") or products that ship by Freight truck or Oversized UPS/FedEx.

Consult a Licensed Installer
We strongly recommend consulting a licensed installer to ensure the correct selection of your water heater (Electric, Gas, or Propane). We are not responsible for any advice given by salespersons related to this matter. -
Returns & Warranty
Once installed, water heaters cannot be returned. We are not liable for improper installation, operation, service, or maintenance, which could result in fire, electrical shock, scald injury, carbon monoxide poisoning, explosion, property damage, personal injury, or death. Any issues related to manufacturing must be handled with the water heater manufacturer.
