Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Shipping to these locations is on a per-order basis. FREE shipping is NOT available outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Please call (847) 662-2626 for quotes and more information. If unsure about whether an item qualifies for FREE Shipping, simply add the item to your cart for a shipping quote. -
Order Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Drop-shipped or back-ordered items will ship once available. Freight deliveries may take longer as we ensure proper packaging. -
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available. Call (847) 662-2626 for shipping estimates and to request a “Signature Required” delivery.
We are not liable for any items stolen from the delivery address. If you need a “Signature Required” service, please contact our office at 847-662-2628 to add it to your shipment. -
Credit Card Orders & Address Verification
Orders with different billing and shipping addresses will undergo an Address Verification Process, which may delay same-day shipping. -
Exclusions from FREE Shipping
FREE Shipping does not apply to enhanced shipping options (e.g., "Next-Day Air" or "Second-Day Air") or products that ship by Freight truck or Oversized UPS/FedEx.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped and receive a full refund. Most orders are shipped the same day they are received. Contact our customer service team to check the status of your order and confirm if it can be canceled.
Returns

Return Policy
We make returns easy, and we understand that changes happen. Below are the return requirements:- A 20% restocking fee (subject to manufacturer terms) will be deducted from the credit for returned items.
- To initiate a return, you must contact cindy@lakecountypipe.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Items must be returned with the RMA number or they will be refused at the dock.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging with all interior packing in place, unused, and uninstalled.
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt to qualify for a return.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend insuring items over $100, as we are not responsible for damages during return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
- Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. No exceptions.
- Please document the damage and email an explanation with pictures to Cindy@LakeCountyPipe.com.
- We do not ship replacements until the RMA process is complete. If a replacement is needed before the RMA is completed, you can place a new order independently.

Return Inspection & Refund
Returns are inspected upon arrival. Refunds are issued for items that have not been installed or used (except in cases of defects). We will issue a refund for qualifying returns ASAP.
