Great buy

This is the 2nd Takagi unit I have installed. The first one lasted 18 years. This one is supposed to have extra corrosion resistance, so I am hoping for 20+ years. By running only when hot water is actively in use, this unit is way more efficient than a tank heater.

I actually bought two about four years ago and I’ve had no problems with them at all. One runs my hot water for the house and the other runs my radiant heat system.I did learn that it’s good to put a filter on the hot water as it comes out of the heater. We have a lot of calcium in our water and it condenses into small particles when heated. The filter is clear and you can see the particles when they build up. It has a small flush system using a valve and it’s easy to keep my filter clean by flushing it once a month. Takes about five seconds to flush it. I would have this problem with any conventional water heater but this way it doesn’t stay in the system. I love the units. Mike

The locking extension was just what I was looking for.

We have had tankless water heater ever since they first came available. This is the 3rd one which is actually a different brand than the 1st 2 as they no longer make that one. This one is just as awesome as the first 2 and we are totally satisfied and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to change over to tankless. If you have never had one before make sure you get it professionally installed.

It has worked out really well for us. We are using it in 1 bathroom and it supplies all the hot water we want.

Reliable and easy to install

I love it, it does a great job. Its use is for a sink in the garage, a bathroom above the garage and a kitchenette.

I bought this water heater for a camp house, and I’ve been surprised at how well it’s worked. It’s given me continuous hot water even with well water. It’s worked great.

Works great saves gas ⛽️

I installed this takagi tankless to heat the water in my radiant floor system in my shop several years ago and haven't had a single problem.

Gas bill has dropped dramatically. Provides enough hot water for 3 bathrooms in the dead of winter in the northeast. Would buy again

It makes our steam shower and bathroom smell fabulous!
